BerryCo Newsletter - April 2018 One of the most rewarding aspects of our business has been seeing our enthusiasm for BerryCo catch on with new growers and the wider horticulture industry. We’ve always had confidence in BerryCo’s ability to add longterm value to New Zealand’s blueberry economy and we knew it would only be a matter of time before more people cottoned on to the financial benefits of growing more diverse, higher yielding varieties like the ones emerging from our nursery. Interest in BerryCo continues to build and we welcome the opportunity to connect even more growers with markets hungry for New Zealand-grown Eureka berries. Asian markets have quickly developed an appetite for the taste, size and crunch of Eureka berries sourced from Australia and we know they are looking forward to New Zealand’s first commercial crop later this year.
